Frequently Asked Questions
How long are sessions?
Each pre-recorded video will be between 10-15 minutes long so that you can easily fit it into your day.
Do I need a mat?
Not necessarily! You can do yoga wherever is good for you. A mat provides cushioning and an anti-slip surface (essential for chair yogis).
Is there a chair yoga option?
Yes! All classes will be taught for both mat and chair based yogis
When do I receive the daily email?
You’ll receive a welcome email when you sign up and then another introduction just before we start. All Advent emails will be sent out around 6am each morning for any early risers!
I'm a Fat Frog Family member, do I still need to pay?
Nope! All Fat Frog Family members receive automatic access to the Yoga Advent Challenge as part of their membership.

Fay is not your typical yoga teacher. Having started to teach in 2018, she loves to teach practical yoga that is influenced by science and can be used in real life. teaches in the communities of Bolsover, Inkersall, New Whittington, Cutthorpe, Palterton and hosts online monthly membership. Fay teaches both mat and chair based classes suitable for beginners and those looking for accessible classes.
Fay came up with the idea of the Yoga Advent Challenge as a counter to all the January challenges you see, believing that yoga, a way to calm body and mind, is much more needed during the festive season.
