Yoga for Aches, Pains & Mobility Gains is a chair based class designed to improve and maintain mobility, reduce everyday aches and pains and build strength and balance.
You’ll explore mindful movement, breathing and stretching all from the stability of a chair, without needing to get onto the floor. You’ll build strength, improve balance and explore flexibility through movements designed to help you move better in everyday life.
This isn’t “just stretching” or “easy yoga”. Expect to work, to explore and to find out what’s possible in your body, whatever your starting point.
