My classes are designed to support functional flexibility, helping you to move more easily through everyday life, not just on the yoga mat. You’ll build strength, improve mobility and learn how to release tension through mindful movement and breathwork, Each session is specifically designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Whether you’re getting back into movement, wanting to prevent stiffness or simply craving an hour to unwind, you’ll find space here to move at your own pace and to your own ability. No judgement, no pressure and no one gets left behind.

Classes with me are more than just exercise. We stretch, breathe, wobble and often laugh our way through the poses, because yoga doesn’t have to be serious to be effective and let’s face it, there’s enough seriousness in life as it is.
You’ll join a friendly group where everyone is welcome, no matter your age, experience, what you look like or what you wear.
You won’t be compared or corrected into impossible shapes, hands-on assists are rare in my classes. Instead, you’ll be encouraged and supported to feel your way into poses and given options that suit your body.
